Hi Everyone! Happy Thursday!
This is a post sponsored by “Traffic Secrets: The Underground Playbook for Filling Your Websites and Funnels with Your Dream Customers”
Over the past two years, ever since I started my blog, my biggest struggle and biggest goal has been to grow traffic and engagement to my website and instagram. I have tried numerous strategies with no luck. When I saw the opportunity to partner with author Russell Brunson to promote his new book Traffic Secrets: The Underground Playbook for Filling Your Websites and Funnels With Your Dream Customers, I gladly took it! When I was accepted for this sponsorship and to test out this challenge, I was excited to learn whatever I could and potentially grow my business!

A little about Russell Brunson: he is a best selling Author, the CEO of the ClickFunnels software company, and has built a huge following based on his knowledge of sales funnels. Russell Brunson and his partner Todd Dickerson founded ClickFunnels in 2014, and thanks to their knowledge and entrepreneurship, it quickly became one of the fastest-growing software companies in the world.
In Traffic Secrets, the latest installment in the “Secrets” series, Brunson breaks down the essential direct marketing techniques that will help you be ahead of the curve in building your traffic flow and boosting your business. In his book, he shares how you can master several lasting strategies that will help you build a stream of traffic to your website and funnel.

Over the last month, I participated in Russel Brunson’s 30 day Traffic Secrets challenge to test out the strategies and advice presented in this book. Each day, I was given a section of the book to read, as well as a workbook task, and then I was given some time to reflect on what I’ve learned (as a teacher, I think reflection is a super important part of any learning process!). I have shared with you all little tidbits of what I’ve learned and done for each day here on Instagram, on Twitter, and on Facebook.

One of Brunson’s most exceptional theories presented in Traffic Secrets is that the biggest challenge most entrepreneurs are facing isn’t providing wonderful/useful products or services. The biggest issue most business people are facing is trying to be discovered. Tons of businesses fail every year because they haven’t mastered the skill of getting consumers to discover them.

I started out on my challenge defining and picturing who my dream customer is and what they are looking to gain from whatever I sell them. Through Traffic Secrets, Russell Brunson challenged me to really think about my dream customer and the sites they visit, who they follow on social media, what they’re hoping to gain from my products or services, what niches they like, what keywords they might search on google, and to really get into their mindset and “find them”.
Another impactful strategy that I learned from Traffic Secrets was to carefully examine my hook, story, and offer or my “elevator pitch”. Thinking about which stories my customers like, how I can hook them and really pull them into my story, and provide them with an offer they can’t refuse! It is so important to think of what resonates most with your dream customer, what they find relatable in order to tell your audience a compelling story and reel them in!
One strategy I had never thought of previously was to really think about my top 100 influencers and entrepreneurs that I look up to and want to be like, and to build relationships with them to eventually get in front of their audiences. My dream customers follow my top 100, so it would help me boost my following with our shared audience and help me continue on my journey to success!
Every strategy I learned from Traffic Secrets: The Underground Playbook for Filling Your Websites and Funnels with Your Dream Customers set me up for success with lots of ideas to help me connect with my dream customers and be discovered. I personally felt like I learned so many helpful techniques in this challenge, and I can’t wait to continue to implement them and watch my business grow!
